They are the complete Factory Shop Manuals (Official GM) for the '05 Corvette. Covers body, trim, electrical and mechanical. 2 volumes, hundreds of pages in each volume. Detailed removal and replacement instructions. Breakdown of all CEL codes and solutions for the codes. Wiring diagrams. Torque values, etc.

I may take them but I have to wait until the 26th before I will know for sure. Hopefully you still have em. Will you ship em to OKC?

Not unless they don't sell locally in the next few weeks. I don't want to have to package them, drive to the P.O. and wait in line to pay shipping and insurance.

Ok well just keep me posted. I deploy april 15th so I would need to know if you've gotten rid of them by then. If they dont sell locally let me know and Ill go ahead and get em from you.

It's been a pretty typical local F.S. thread. I've had two people that "want" the manuals, they just don't have the money, "yet". I really don't want the hassle at the Post Office.

First local cash buys, no first dibs, no holds.

No Emails. Back when I was younger and foolish I didn't put disclaimers in my craigslist ads and got responses similar to the above. Now that I ask for a craigslist response only and require a name and phone number for a call back I get more serious responses.

My problem with selling anything is finding a buyer that actually has any MONEY. Lots of "can you hold it till I get my Income Tax back?", "I'll buy it after my next payday if you can hold it till the 15th", "my buddy owes me $100, I'll collect from him and call you back", I've got 4 tires for a 'Vette, will you trade even up?".

Whats really strange to me is that these are Factory Manuals at a significant discount from new and nobody serious has bought them. I can't imagine owning a car without having the Factory Manuals but obviously not everyone thinks the same.
