I havent heard from Jim in a while. Im pretty sure he is still operating under "Jimtunes" or something like that. Other than that you may wanna look on OKGMP.com another local ok forum for GM performance and try there.

There are numerous big name tuners in Dallas. LG Motorsports, Corvettes of Dallas, 21st Century Muscle Cars and several more that have great reputations. You are right it is 250 miles to Dallas for a retune if necessary, that's the downside. Oklahoma tuners do a good job too. Jim tuned my 07 and I'm very pleased. Ed Wright in Tulsa is the closest to you. Ed has been tuning race cars for years and is very good I understand. Post up on the Tulsa Vette Set thread here and see what those guys say about Ed and other Tulsa tuners.

If you have personal negative experience with Jim OK but if you're listening to any trash talkers on certain forums you are screwing yourself out of a super tuner

Go with your gut. I know dallas is a drive but if you feel more comfortable with a tune from someone down there do it. If you have hp tuners a lot of them will do a email order deal where they will tweak it and you upload it from your own computer. Ive talked with LG and they are some super knowledgeable guys down there. Tons of experience.

We know Dallas is a bit of a drive but, the drive will be worth it. Corvettes of Dallas has one of the best Performance Tech's in the southwest. We have several customers from OK -- who do make the drive. We can assure that your Tune will be done well and to your satisfaction. Call Jeff at the Dealership and he will roll out the red carpet for your arrival.
