Default Houston- hwy 59 south ?

Headed to Corpus today for Vets/Jets. I was told that 59 is down to 1 lane for bridge construction somewhere.. Is that true? Make take alternation route if so. Thanx

taking a 2nd look that constuction is south of victoria. I should be ok to run 59 from Houston.

That would have brought you right by my house But yeah you should be fine I think to Victoria and then take the loop around and miss the construction. Hope you made it ok

got here w/o problem. Took 59 to 77. There is bridge construction on 59 just before you hit 77. It goes to one lane. There wasn't any traffic so no problems. Made it here from spring in 3 12 hours. Set the CC @ 80 and never stopped!
