Default ***Official DFW Mod Day Event***

Alright guys, the time you have been waiting for!! I got the confirmation and we are good to go ahead and move forward with this.

Date: Saturday September 26th

Time: Arrive after 12:30. We understand some people may show up later due to the Cars and Coffee event so just come on as you can. It's not like we will be denying entry for not being there exactly at 12:30.

Location: 73vettebobby's place. PM me for the address and so forth. He also stated that he has a Cutting Rig and Welder! As well as parking for 20+ cars! So come on out guys!

Event: A great opportunity to get those mods done that you left on the backburner, meet some fellow Corvette enthusiasts and get more familiar with working on your car with good people. Also there was talk of BBQ and brews, so only good can come of this.

At this point, we will need to get a head count going of who will be attending, what mods you plan to get done and what you will be bringing. I will kick us off.

I will be bringing a set of Rhino Ramps, basic tools and beer.

I would like to get my fascia painted black, and depending on what other tools and skill are available, change out my brake rotors, calipers, lines and pads.

Also guys don't forget to thank Bobby for his hospitality!

4 - Morfias4twenty

I can bring a set of ramps, tools and rum.

I can help you paint your fascia, but I don't know if it's a good idea to do it at that time. You generally don't want other vehicles around because of spray in the air.

I need to straighten out the metal piece that holds the lower air dam at the front of the car. Mine's all kinds of distorted.

First off, this is 2nd on my list of things to do that day, so if #1 falls through, I'll be there.

Second, working in Information Security, I highly recommend to NOT post any personal information (no address, phone numbers, email, etc.). People can use Google Maps to find out where Aledo is, and the address can be PM'd to those that will be attending.

Finally, where did he get a 5-car lift?

Thanks for the hospitality Bobby !

Alex... you might want to edit your first post to show the folks attending. That way you can PM the folks going the address etc....

List out the names of folks confirming:
1.)
2.)
3.)
etc....

FYI... Aledo is West of Fort Worth just south of the 30.

What time is CNC? Do you think I should make the time for Mod Day later on cause I know a few people will be attending the CNC too?

Oh ya I didn't even notice the time. CnC ends at 12, so maybe push this to 1pm? That gives people time to arrive.
