CARS UNDER THE STARS - Saturday July 25th.
We will be meeting behind the "WhataBurger" in the south parking lot of the show at 5:15pm. It starts at 6pm, but last few years the show is practically full at 6pm. There was well over 200 cars the last few years. We will get everyone together at 5:15pm and slide over and hopefully all park together.
Directions --> Drive east on the 190 (George Bush) till you get to the 78HW. Go north on the 78HW for ~2 miles, and the Kroger parking lot is on your right.
Last year there was a poor showing of Vette's there. Lets try to up the vette count this year !
I want to check it out for sure, I actually work just down the road (Firewheel Mall). Not sure if I want to show off my stock car, though maybe I can do my brakes in the morning and have drilled rotors! haha

Don't worry about being stock or modified. Its all about hanging with the boys and talking smack, and showing off your fine ride ! Park with us and hang out for the evening !

Well Toque; as I said last night, I have a party to overwatch and I won't be there in time to show the vette. However, I plan on being there later to show my support for the rest of you guys. Have fun and see you all on Sat.
BTW had a great time last night at the GTG and looking most forward to going it again.

ah that would be awesome, I ordered the pads this afternoon and I will order the rotors first thing in the morning. Not sure if they will get here in time though.
The one link with the rotors told me it normally takes 3 business days to ship blahhh, I will still come though

We were all planning to meet at 5:15 at the spot above (1st post) and slip over as a pack. I'm not sure how many are showing at 5:15 but I figure were going to slid over "very" soon after 5:15. If you want to try to save something that would be great ! We were just going to try to do the best we could to get in a row or something.

Its not all about "showing" your car.
Its about checking out all the rides there, and meeting new folks that are also in the car hobby. Getting ideas from other owners on mods, help you with issues you might have, making contacts in the corvette community etc...
I like to shine up my ride just like anyone else, but I certainly don't go expecting to win anything. Sometimes I do though, and I'm ok with that.
Just bring what you got and enjoy a nice evening meeting some new folks, and talking smack with fellow Corvette owners.
