i took my truck to CAR SPA @
5028 W Park Blvd.
Plano, TX

i paid 200 bucks for a detail job. they burnt thry the clear coat in several places, left wax everywhere, waxed over waterspots, and took a buffer to my vynil stripes...
there is dirt all over and the manager told to pretty much screw my self

i had this happen to a detailer i used a few years ago, he took my clearcoat off. call your insurance company up and tell them what happened. they will fix the car paint. then go after the place that screwed it up.

There is a toll free number on their website to call "if for any reason you are not satisfied". Did you look at their website? They appear to me to be a Pep-Boys kind of operation. They do too many things to be good at any of them and have too many gimmicks. I feel for you. Were they recommended to you by someone?

In the future I would look for somebody who does this kind of thing on the side or as a 1-man operation. They aren't going to get any repeat business unless they do a good job. I've seen people on the forums go that route with success many times.

Only two I would use are Josh in Dallas and Jeff (Waxman) in Houston. By the way, I need one of you two to shoot me a PM as it is time for regular clay/wax maintenance.

I'm a detailer, let me know if I can help in anyway. I'm more then happy to give you a run down of what it will take to fix it.
