Where in Dallas should I get interior work done?

I'm looking at CarskinZ interior to replace my interior on my 07 vette:

Basically, I'm not very good at this kind of stuff. I'm a computer guy and don't really like to mess with taking panels off my car and things like that - somehow I'd manage to mess it up. So, I want to have the seat covers replaced & the interior replaced (not the carpeting, just the dash stuff and the door panels and center console), but I'm not sure where I should take my car to. I live in Plano, so anywhere local in Dallas would probably be fine. Ok, North Dallas, I don't want to take it out to the boonies or something, as it's my daily driver.

Or, if you are local and you can replace everything (must have done it before, I don't want my car to be the project you learn on ), hit me up with a PM.

I won't have everything in for probably 2 months (maybe sooner maybe longer), so this isn't something I need done right away. It's something we can discuss and plan out.

Also, how long do you think it'd take to do it? I heard 1-2 hours per side for the seat covers since you have to take the factory ones off and put the new ones on, so that's 2-4 hours right there. One last thing, I need to return the parts we take off since there's a core charge, so we can't be breaking things to get them off
