C-4 Friendly shop near Katy, TX

Hi everyone,

I 'm hoping that someone can recommend a good reputable shop around Katy, TX that will do work on a C4. My brother has been trying to track down some electrical gremlins in his 1990 Corvette. Thanks for any leads!
