I need to swap out my Borla exhaust with a friend's stock. Need a lift as I have been told this is not safe on jack stands. I have done this job before and I only need the lift to get his stock exaust off in one piece and put my Borla's on. Should only take about an hour at the most. I have all of my own tools --- would only need the lift.
This saturday June 28th would be great especially in the a.m.

Help a guy out!!!!!!
Here's a tip - I used this for my race car in the past - go to one of the many exhaust shops/service shops @Gessner and Long Point and they'll let you use their lift for 10-15 bucks.
I went to a service place on Long Point between Gessner and Witte on the right side when you're heading inbound, and the guy there let me use his lift one afternoon for $15 bucks. I put on an X-brace, removed my exhaust, and scraped off some sound deadening and insulation on my bimmer.
I'd suggest you take some pcs of 2x8s or something to use as ramp extensions to get on there w/o scraping.
I changed my headers 2X in my garage on jackstands.....it wasn't too scary. I'm sure a lift would make life easier but it is not absolutely a deal breaker.
The stock Ti exhaust was pretty tough, you have to get the rear end a few feet off the ground.
