Phoenix Auto Repair Shop Recommendations

Hello, does anyone have a good recommendation for auto repair shops. I'm new to the area and would like to find a place that first and foremost is honest and does good work. I don't mind paying a little more if those characteristics are there. I had someone like this at the place I moved from but now need to find a shop in the Phoenix area. I live on the West side so that would be best but would consider other locations. This is mainly for general work on my daily drivers, but would consider taking the Vette later on once my trust was gained.

This guy has about the best reputation in the East Valley. He's owned performance cars (early Chevelles, '96 Impala SS and C5 Corvettes) and he has a chassis dyno now if I'm not mistaken.
It's a long ways for you to go, but give him a call and ask about shops in the West Valley. He's been around for maybe 30+ years, so he knows just about every shop/owner in the valley.
As far as your Corvette, there's XTREME MOTORSPORTS, also in Tempe. They're a site supporting vendor and have a great reputation. Some of the local dealerships are also well versed in Corvettes as they sell so many of them. I'm 125 miles north, so I can't recommend any specific dealerships, but someone will chime in.
