Default Looking for suggestions!

Has anyone in the last year or so built a new home in Frisco? I am looking at building West of the Tollway around Teel and Main St. I am wanting to spend around 200-225k. Any suggestions on builders or locations would be helpful.

I'd love to assist you in your search and build project....and can help you decide which builder suits your needs most. Best of all - the builder pays my fees. Feel free to call me anytime and we can discuss.

Will,

Next time you respond to an offer of help you may want to consider a different approach. Especially when being a noob.

I'm sure you'll get some responses tonight after people get home.

Well I found a lot in Dominion Panther Creek in Frisco. I went with Wall Homes as the builder. I will keep you posted and thanks for everyones advice.

Oh and if anyone is in the market, here is the deal I got!

The house is marketed for $269,000 and I got it for 207,900 plus 5000 in upgrade changes so far. I changed the Kitchen layout, added 4ft to the garage size and knocked down a wall in the 4th bedroom to make it an office. It is 2450 Sq Ft.

Not a bad setup for my first house!

My wife and I lived in Grayhawk at Teel and Eldorado. Nice community, but the traffic to get home every night was horrible! Since then, we moved over here to the Villages at Willow Bay. Further away from the tollway, but it take 10 minutes to get around rather than 30.

Yes, That is exactly why we decided to stay away from Grawhawk. Hopefully where we ended up is better.
