Default Very nervous, help

The realtor's putting our house on the market in two weeks. I'm retiring in Jan 08 and moving to Tucson shortly after. At least that's the plan.....man this is nerve-wracking! Am I nuts for giving up our dream home just to get out of the rain? pics

That is one beautiful house and area. But it doesn't sound like a dream home if you don't like the climate in the enviroment.

My $.02

And, I just moved to Texas! I was nervous about selling my home as well, especially in the real estate market in the bay area. 3 days, 3 offers all above asking. I hope my luck rubs off on you!

Hope you are okay with really hot dry weather. Not trying to throw a wet blanket on your new area of choice, but I would subscribe to the Tucson paper for a few weeks before you make the move.

Beautiful home and views. That's good advice about a Tucson newspaper! Tucson probably has a website and you can contact their Chamber of Commerce.
You won't find water front views like that in Tucson, but you will find nice mountain views.
