DFW Suggestion on Chevy Service?

Have a problem that comes up now and then. First dealership (reliable chevy) couldn't figure out the problem and sent me on my way with the problem still at hand.

Any one have some suggestions? I live in Addison.

Should I give them another shot?

How about 21st Century Muscle Cars in Carrollton? They are authorized for GM warranty work.

I've had good luck so far at Classic in Grapevine.
