Need help

I need to reprogram my computer in my car to not use EGR, AIR, or the rear O2 sensors. Is there anyone with a programmer in Texas that could do this for me? A shop quoted me $100 bucks and I feel that is a little high. I can't see that it would even take 20 minutes. I would be willing to pay, but I feel like $100 is too high.
