I didn't make it last Saturday. Gotta replace the battery (2nd time in less than 10 months) and I'll be there this Saturday.

Hey guys, this Sat, the 5th, a friend with an AMG SL65, V12, twin turbo is joining us, maybe a Gallardo also. Then the AMG and I are going to the drag strip to have a little friendly competition.

After the morning meet off to Expo New Mexico.

Is that the yellow gallardo? Doubt there's more than 1 or 2 in the city, but you never know.

Not a great turn out this morning, thanks to the weather. Hopefully sometime soon, we'll return to the "typical" albuquerque weather. I took the elky since the battery was flat in the vette (Didn't replace it), there was 6speeder's C6Z, my Buddy Rob with his silver T-type, Force1 with the C6, a Viper GTS, and a turbo'd eclipse. Later a MG showed up and the last one in was the Benz. Don't know how the race turned out, but I know which one looks better

(Even if I may be somewhat biased!)

We put the race on weather hold. Both of us are traction limited and with the cold and rain, didn't seem the thing to do.

BTW: This will be round II, we have raced before, all 4 runs I walked him, this was before I had long tubes, X pipe, and high flows.

Sunday is the "Museum" car show, near old town if you're going thru on Sunday and have some extra time. Near Mountain Rd. & Rio Grande, @ the Albuquerque Museum.
