Good to see you guys. That Gulf GT40 was a sweet ride.
Glad some of us can still get together during the week. Maybe this thing won't go bad. Some nice cars for sure.
Hopefully next week I can hang around a little longer.

Looks like this GTG has replaced the Tuesday Night Cruisers GTG. Works for me, except the Vette Guys are going to have to cone off an area so we can all park together or get there early.

Melting Slicks
For all the naysayers out there... there were at least a dozen vettes scattered about the vast parking lot (C3, 4's, 5's and 6's) and a lot of awesome cars. Yeah, there are the Ricer's and neon bling around too, but hey...it's a car show. What do want? EXCLUSIVITY? Something for everyone. Fortunately, a cool breeze from some distant T-storms added to reduce the heat misery index.
Semi-Official word, is Frisco PD and the 'host' Cruisers and Ricekiller.com don't have any problems at this time. The only thing I saw was checking for alcohol (don't know the rule, but most were not drinking) Most the of the LEO's even came up to chat to some of the car owners. Addison PD are a bunch of Big City Wann-a-be cops and ****** anyway.
Crowd was controled, no tempers flared up, just a bunch of car nuts wanting to show their rides (and maybe for some.... to rustle up some young beef along the way)

Great to see everyone last night. I will have to see what I can do about getting there atleast twice a month.

I am a newbie to the forum and just learning how to get around in the site. I have had my vette for about four months now, and have not gone to a get together. This sounds fun. I will be there Monday night if it is still happening. I love all cars. (well as long as they're cool) Can't wait to see them all and meet some other vette owners.
