Default Central/South Texas Tuning by Corvettes of Westchester

This is a dup. and a link to a post by doctunder in the General Forum; see it @ http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1338083

He's trying to get Corvettes of Westchester to do tuning on C6's in the South and Central Texas area. We need to get at least 10 people commited for a discounted price on computer tuning. He has 7 people already from his post in the General Forum.

Contact doctunder by PM or Email if you're interested.

This is tuning is NOT only for C6's but also C5's and ANY other GM engine that you would like to have tuned better than the factory did. Chuck of Corvettes of Westchester states that he can upgrade any Caddy, Hummer, etc. with his tuning capabilities. See the original thread I posted for more details.
Thanks for posting this HalJensen

$350 (a discount from the normal $500 charge for his tuning). Also have to include a $45 160 degree thermostat that he will sell us (normally $90).

Total about $400.

Everyone involved will also split the price of his plane ticket from New York to San Antonio/Austin (whichever is cheaper).

The involved group can also do one of the following:
1) Pay for a hotel as a group for him for the weekend
2) Allow him to stay at your house for the weekend.

Please let me know if you're interested via PM or email.

Thanks

I'll have to email him. As far as I know, NO ONE can tune the Caddies, yet.

Chuck advised me that he CAN tune Caddies (CTS/CTS-V) engines as well.

Then he can't tune mine. The CTS-V is an LSx engine, not the northstar or shortstar. Like I said, no one can tune for a northstar with the stock computer.

Have you tried contacting Arnold Soecting at Ken Bachelor caddy in San Antonio ??? Not only does Arnold own 2 vettes, Calloway twin turbo and a pace car but has basically one floor in the shop to himself because he is just that good. If anyone has the software to tune one Arnold would have it if not at the shop then perhaps at home. But you would still need a Dyno and that's where Corey would come into play. The guys both know one another so this is a good thing.

Again, still local as opposed to long distance.

But that's my opinion.

I will look into that. Sounds promising.
