Default Anyone in DFW Know this Car?

Hi,
I bought a 2003 spiral gray m6 coupe at Bankston Dodge in Dallas today. A picture is below. Very nice ride. I apoligize for the poor picture quality but it was almost dark when I got home.

This car has 19" ccw wheels, black hash marks, a Vortec rammer, headers, Corsa catback and several interior mods.

The salesman knew that the engine had been modded but didn't know the details.

I would like to find the orignal owner so that I know the engine mod details. The salesman did tell me that the former owner traded this car and a red 80 vette in on a Dodge Ram quad cab SRT10.

Thanks in advance

Sorry no, but it's nice looking ride. You may want to try contacting Lone Star Corvette Club or Xtreme Corvettes.

Good luck!

Can you post some pics of the Modded engine? Might help us out if we know who it belongs to.

I'm assuming it came with paper tags to? No original plate. If it had orginal plate, I could run that.

You cant really see anything except the vortec rammer and the headers. I can take pics later if that will help. I need to take the wife for a nice drive and buy her a good meal. I have plates. You can see them below. Please run them for me and let me know.

Here are some more pics in the daylight. The car needs a good polishing and some TLC. My first mods were to remove the dealership lettering and license plate frame!

Nice car! Congrats. I am sorry but I do not recognize it, I am in the DFW area. Did you sell your Green C4? That was a nice car also. Enjoy the new Vette.

Sad to say, but I traded the C4 in. They gave me a reasonable deal on the trade in and a great deal on the price of the new car. The C4 is at Bankston Dodge if you know anyonw looking for a good car. I owned it for 4.5 years and have lots of records and receipts.

Nice looking Corvette. I noticed a crack in your left front rotor. I've heard that drilled rotors will do that. You might want to take care of it before it becomes a real problem.

Thanks! Now that you mentioned it I noticed there are several of those "cracks" in all 4 rotors!

hmm, does that car have gears? what rpm are you humming along at 70?

I remember a guy gettting a spiral grey modded at RPM in Lewisville, I forget his name, but that car definitely had 3.90 or 4.10 gears. Very nice guy. I think he posts here if thats the same car? Maybe just a coincidence....but original car owner from flower mound? seems possible if thats the case

it might have a rear differential brace/girdle as well

Good eye. I thought you were kidding at first. I just ordered some new rotors and pads.

Thanks!
