Plano (DFW) Tuesday Night GTG

It looks like tomorrow is going to be great for the Tuesday night GTG. I think I am going to be there to see how many cars show up on a good night with no rain in the forecast.

Yeah, I opened up a new thread.. Did not want to have to dig through 3 pages of replies to get to the messages that I wanted to read.

If you don't know what I am talking about check out the Plano Tuesday night GTG message. For the short story... Every Tuesday Night, 8pm, in the Walmart parking lot NW of 190 and Coit is a car gathering.

I have only been there twice but in that time I have seen Vettes, Vipers, Bikes, Trucks, Camaros, Trans-AMs, Firebirds, and oh yeah.. Mustangs, Mustangs, and Mustangs....

If you have the time drop by and put something on your windshield to lt us know that your a CorvetteFroum member. Last weekend there were at least 4 of us there from CF. SXE60, C5Dream, RocketSapp, and one other guy but I can't recall his name.

Sounds like a winner. Maybe we can talk about putting together a possible cruise. If it looks like rain, though, I'm out. I cleaned the car up after last Tuesday's GTG and then got caught in the rain Saturday on the way to the Cruise. I just finished cleaning up from that.

Had some good Burgers at LG's Saturday, hope y'all had fun on the Cruise on Sat. Signs on the Dash is a good idea to identify each other. I will try to make it also.

Count me in I will be there. I just spent 3 hours cleaning car after Saturdays cruise, sure was fun but man made a mess of the exterior.

I am here at work in North Plano and the clouds are gone and the sun is out. I think it will be a great night.

Well the weather looks great. I am going to be there. I did forget to print out a page with my name on it. I think that I will be able to put something on the dash that will let you know who I am....

I'm going to quit going these GTG meets. Got to Marsh and 190 before the downpour. It was HAILING and I'm putting the top up, ugh!

It was good to see everyone, I hope you all faired better than I did.

I went North form the GTG and actually drove out of the light sprinkles that we were getting while standing around. Maybe next time.

I left when the rest of the group did... I went west from there to the Rosemead and Marsh area. Got a few light sprinkes when I got on the tollway and then nothing till I was pulling it in the garage.

It was good to see that many Vettes in one place. If I remeber correctly there were 11 there tonight.

Great to see so many Corvettes there last night.

I did not make it home before I got hit by the rain. All my cleaning I did after the cruise well I am going to have to do it again.

Is it bad enough that you are going to have to put it on stands and clean everything under it as well?
