Default ALMS at Laguna Seca

Who's going to Laguna Seca on October 15 - 17 for the last ALMS race of the year? I plan to go and wonder if there will be a Corvette Corral. I looked at hotels in the Monterey area and will probably end up staying in Salinas due to the steep prices. Maybe we could caravan to the track on Sat. and Sun.?

Yes there will be a corral.
I know the C5Registry is also holding
their "Birthday Bash West" during the weekend of the race.
In the past I think a $10 fee was charged for each car in the Corral.
As we Caravaned in last year they were parking cars not in the Corrals
on the sides of the hill with a long walk to the track. As soon
as more details are made available they'll be posted in this section.
3 or 4 different groups are working on this so stand-by for when
it all comes together.

I will be there again this year, but no Vette. I have a camping space on the top of the hill, thus I will be staying in my new 40 foot diesel pusher! I will have to look you all up over at the corral!

I'd be interested in checking this out... I couldn't make the race @ Sonoma, so a second chance to see the ALMS cars is great.

Planning for the 17 mile road tour is just just about complete and will be posted on the IMSA site once approved. The planning for the C5C6 Registry dinner is also complete and will be posted on their site next week.
Keep checking http://westerncorvettes.com/corral.html
for ticket and corral information.
A new thread will be started very soon with all the links and information.
