We are now seriously considering doing a B & B in a small town just off I-70 in NE Kansas. The candidate house is a Victorian mansion built in 1894.



I won't tell you what they're asking, but it's substantially less than my son got for his 1200 sq ft condo here last week....

Should be about an 8-hour drive from there to Bowling Green. Perfect second-day stop-over point on the journey from the west coast - an easy one-day drive from Denver!

We'll leave the light on!

There's a large "carriage house" at the back of the property - looks like it ought to hold four Corvettes. But no burnouts, guys - we're trying to ingratiate ourselves into a small community here....
