Most of the realtors I've talked to don't expect that to happen anytime soon in this market....

There's a "Media" link with photos in the ad.

Had our first open house today - couple of pretty good prospects, according to my realtor. I'll pay a finder's fee if you send someone our way!

Steve and Karen,

Sorry to see you go, but good luck with the sale of the home. Look forward to seeing you both next year at Monterey.

We are now seriously considering doing a B & B in a small town just off I-70 in NE Kansas. The candidate house is a Victorian mansion built in 1894.

I won't tell you what they're asking, but it's substantially less than my son got for his 1200 sq ft condo here last week....

Should be about an 8-hour drive from there to Bowling Green. Perfect second-day stop-over point on the journey from the west coast - an easy one-day drive from Denver!

We'll leave the light on!

There's a large "carriage house" at the back of the property - looks like it ought to hold four Corvettes. But no burnouts, guys - we're trying to ingratiate ourselves into a small community here....
