For all that might have missed or would like to attend the Towe Museum in Sacramento has extended "Corvette: Fast and Fun for Fifty Years" and extra day. On Saturday May 1st, a docent-led tour of the museum is scheduled to begin at 10a.m. Nationally know Corvette collector, restorer and author Noland Adams will be on hand to answer questions and sign his books. A buffett-style lunch will be part of the 10a.m. to 2p.m. gathering, and the fee is $20 to help pay for the new show venue. The venue will accommodate 100 Corvettes. Those interested may call the museum 916.442.6802 or e-mail dianna@toweautomuseum.org
I just spoke with Dianna at the museum, right now she has 63 cars offically signed up for the show not counting all those who plan to drop in. 120 people reserved for the luncheon. Should be a great event, she also said they are planning to make this and annual event.

It was a pleasure to meet some forum members at breakfast in P-town
on Saturday. I wish that I could have made the trip to Sac-town with
you. From the above post it sounds like you had a great time. I saw
you guys behind me getting on 680 north. Good thing you took the Bernal
on ramp or one north of it. When I headed 680 south there are an accident
northbound between the Sunol and Bernal exits. The vehicles were
moving slooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwww and there was a back-up
for approximately 3 miles......ouch........
The good news is that staying with my original plan of returning home and
waxing the ZR-1 netted great results. The person who was supposed to
stop by tonight called me late Saturday night. He came by Sunday and
made me a great offer. The 90 LT5 will be sold this week. No
from me because now I can look for a low mileage 95 Zr-1 :)
Thanks again for a great time at breakfast and I will see you guys soon.......
