Need an exceptional tuner in the San Jose area

I'd like to put out a quiet 400rwhp.
Hopefully with just a cam and a tune and no nitrous.

Any suggestions ?

Try Ray at Dyno Labs in Dublin, CA he is a C5 owner, modifier, and winning racer. There is a chassis Dyno Jet at his facillity and most importantly, he is qualified to use it! Check http://www.dynolabs.com for specifics such as address and phone numbers.
