NorCal Hooters update (Dublin)

I was in SF today watching the Air Show practice and stopped by Hooters for lunch. :D It seem the Hooters in Dublin will open late December and be located at the site of the old Coco's restaurant at the corner Dublin Blvd. and San Ramon Rd. Construction is schedule to start in three weeks and complete in December. They would be happy to have a few us show up when they open. :cheers: I'll be trading emails over the next couple of month with one of the partner's and will keep everyone updated on the opening date. BTW, a third Bay Area Hooters will be opening in San Jose (not sure when). One other thing, the Air Show is going to be very :cool: . [Modified by CALVette, 6:56 PM 10/9/2003]

Thanks for the update, parking should be fairly nice in Dublin compared to SF and usually the weather will be better as well. JMO Also that location should be great for access from all directions.

So, I missed the practice today but I should see 'em fly over tomorrow. :seeya

The SF store has the best looking girls of any Hooters I've been in.

Lived in Dublin for 13 years.... Great town! But things haven't been the same since they closed down the Foster's Freeze. Used to have car shows there EVERY WEEK!

Folks at the new Hooters say they love Vettes! Can't wait for it to open!

Politics and PC. Seems from an article this past week in the Contra Costa Times that Dublin passed some measure to set up downtown Dublin as Historic and they have to study what will fit in for a year. This is supposed to put a crimp in the plans to redo the old Coco's and may delay the Hooter Plans. Some people just don't like other people having fun, or for that matter making money at a job! Lame. :smash:
