I believe you need to go thru the proper steps before you get an attorney.
Try the BBB (Better Business Bureau) they should have them. Also the try BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair). Most dealers use arbitration instead of attorneys.
Don’t spend the money just yet. The Buy Back process is much easier than it use to be. But there are certain criteria you must meet first.
