Default fuel too rich

We bought a 98 vette in Indiana. We tried to have it smogged but no go! fuel too rich. Any ideas how we can pass the smog test and what is solution for the fuel problem? We only have two months to get this smogged! There is also a supercharger on the car.

Does anyone know a reputable performance garage in the Santa Rosa CA area? Sonoma County CA

You might want to to list specifics, it will be helpful.

What kind of supercharger?
is it equipped with longtube headers?

Goodluck and welcome to the forum.
