Default A Weekend in Parker, AZ - SECRET CODE ADDED 8/8/03

This event is just a chance to get out, drive our cars, and see a unique event. On several occasions when I have held a mod day, guys have shown an interest in seeing the race planes I have race. Well, the final race of the season is going to be held in Parker, AZ weekend of Oct 24-26th. I talked to the promoter of the race, and he would like to invite the Corvette Forum Members to our event. There would be a special Corvette Parking area. Wives could go gamble, or lay by the pool and work on that tanwhile husbands came to the races. (Wives could even come to the races if they wanted to :) ) Accommodations will be at the Bluewater Inn & Casino, http://www.bluewaterfun.com with the racing at the local airport, about a mile away. The Bluewater is offering special room rates. So here is a chance to cruise out to the river and enjoy a nice relaxing day of cars, river, and airplane racing.

You won’t believe the excitement that 5 airplanes going around a pylon pulling 20G’s at 180 MPH swapping paint can generate!!

SECRET ROOM RATE CODE: Blue Water River Run 158016

Here is an example of what I will be racing:

So anybody interested? Sign in and let me know what you think

Hi Tom :seeya

Nice looking racer you have there...I knew a guy that lives in Snowflake Arizona, that races. He came down to Gila Bend a couple of times to fly with some of us.

We don't race, just fly for fun. Hopefully we can meet up with you sometime.

Yep, Dave Smith. That's his name.

Next time you talk to him, ask him about coming to Gila Bend. and the jokers here that thought we knew how to fly.

We even named ourselves The Uncoordinated Flying Club of Gila Bend.

I don't think I can make it to Parker this time, we have a cruise already planned. Maybe next time we can meet up. :seeya

"Reason: This property is unavailable based on the criteria you have selected. Please select different date(s) and/or hotel and try again. (Property ID unavailable (pid10))"

Can't seem to get a room for those dates?
It must be me!
