Custom Wheel Center Cap

My C4 has custom wheels that are no longer available, and I lost a center cap. I have seen the center caps on other wheels. Now that I need one, I cannot find them to save my soul.
Here is a pic

It screws onto the wheel, so the backside is threaded
Anyone ever seen these or have an idea of where I can get one. I don't care about the logo, just need a new cap, well actually I want all four, but will take one.

I sure wish I could help you with the center cap...but I can't. I did though notice that you are our Zaino dealer......I need some.
