Default Roadcoarse events this weekend in So Cal?

Wife is out of town at the last minute and I feel the need for speed. I haven't been able to find any of the groups I've run with at Buttonwillow or Willow Springs, so wondering if anyone is aware of any open track events or groups who are running this weekend in So Cal?

Thanks ahead of time

Go to http://www.opentracking.com/race_tracks.htm and check the schedule at tracks near you. You may be able to sign up for something right away. :) Let us know how you did!

Buttonwillow has an open track day on Saturday. Show up and drive all day. More than 25 show up, they do two run groups. I think this may be the ticket. Anybody else interested? I'm waiting for them to tell how $$.

They got back to me:

Full day = $100/Car, $75/Driver
Half Day (1pm-5pm) = $50/Car, $50/Driver

Damn, Just noticed I forgot how to spell course

I can't make it this weekend, but I'd like to hear your impressions if you go. Specifically, number of cars, type of cars, general organization, and any bad attitude drivers.

Have a blast! - and watch out for that "Star Mazda Turn"
