Default San Diego corvettes?

Forged speed is having a quick social meetup Saturday at 7pm. I was hoping to go and meet some other vette owners.

7pm looks like it's a late night parking lot meetup. I asked for some vettes and apparently there are a regular few that go.

On sep 11th there is a Corvette border cruise. Route looks like about 2.5 hours and stopping for lunch. Sounds like a fun one. Meetup looks to be at 830am

not sure if you went but this was definitely not a cruise. These guys book it through the twists lol. It was actually a lot of fun.

Corvettes & Corbras…what a group of great guys driving like demons. Went once, had a blast and got an honorary t-shirt. One one of my prized Corvette possessions.

I didn’t make it to your cruise Saturday had go to a soccer game, looks like a pretty good turnout. Corvette and cobras went by bye most of the guys moved out of Ca. To more tax friendly free states, the last mountain run we had i wadded up my ZO6 into the cliff face. I think everyone got a little freaked out we were hitting it pretty hard, there are only a couple of us old dog’s left. I still have the ZR1, what’s left of us still go to JBA on the second Sunday of every month. Ya Sparky I still have a few of those T shirts those were some good times!

Hey Ted its been a while.

Pretty much as you said. I also think that after monthly runs in San Diego County for 10 plus years some of the guys got a little bored. I traded in the Corvette in late 2017 for a Camaro (wife likes the back seat for junior). I currently run a Camaro ZL1. Still breaking it in.

Hi Will,
Nice camaro, I still have my old 96 SS camaro covered up in the garage, always a fan of camaros. Number 1 on the list for the new Z06 going to pick it up at the museum and see Benny, Red Vette Ron, Jiman, Rich Goodman on the way home going to Ware that car out. Varmits scattered all over the country

Ted,

That will be one heck of a road trip. Especially in the new Z06. What's great about the Camaro. All the good things you have heard about the chassis and its handling are true. I think it handles better than my C5 did.
