Fully built 4l60e transmission, mishimoto trans cooler amsoil synthetic super shift
edit 8/18/21- $1000 for the trans and $100 for the converter. Time to move this thing!
I all,
I have a trans out of my c4 that will fit many different cars. It was a 4l60e out of a 96 that was rebuilt and then freshened by Pacific Coast Trans. It comes with a 3000 rpm converter. The original build on the trans was $4600 or so from Select Transmissions in NY. The freshen and converter from pacific coast trans was $1700. Since it was freshend, it has about 500 street miles (probably at the most). Zero drag strip runs and even street type tuning was just done in 3rd gear. I have all paperwork associated with both rebuilds. Trans was built in late 2012 and the car sat with very little driving due to life happening and a faulty knock sensor causing the car to run funky. About the best stuff at the time went into this trans.
I am also throwing in a mishimoto temp activated trans cooler (cost $175) with fan and 6 quarts of amsoil slick shift that I had sitting on the shelf. I'm not going to use either so time for them to make room in the garage.
$1750 for everything. Local pickup only. Price is firm.
Once again, this is a fully "built" transmission, but since it's computer controlled, you'd never now it (other than the converter stall speed). It's not like the days of old with manual valve bodies. So, this will work with a wide array of cars (even drive like stock if you swap converters).
