I expect to have my Spec Corvette running and caged by then. I will bring it out for testing and such.
I purposely won't have the big brakes and suspension kit on the car. I want to work through a series of tests with each upgrade and document the results.
For those interested in a Performance Driving Workshop please shout out and we can arrange that in the driver meeting room after the sessions that day.

I won't be attending this round but hope to run quite a few next season. You guys have fun and stay safe!
I was wondering if you guys run a cool shirt or similar? I would like to be better prepared for the heat but would love some feedback on what you run and why. Thank you!

Of the drivers doing the time trial in street legal cars the Cool Suits are super rare in my observation.

Ultra Chiller is one of our sponsors! Check em out.
We did have one competitor running the tubular ultra chiller last year.
I'm thinking of running the ice chest version next year.

My Spec Corvette regretfully won't be ready for the much anticipated initial shake-down.
I am thinking about coming out for a short while if there is interest in doing a Driver Discussion/Coaching Group again.
The agenda would be:

The agenda would be:
- Basic Q&A
- Discussion about the best lines at ACS ROval

- -Track out
- Balancing the car for more speed
- -Steering with the throttle and balance
- More Q&A and other ideas

If we are going to run with this program this weekend I request all participants do three things:
- Identify your fastest warm weather and cold weather lap on ACS
- Identify and share with the group what you feel you need to do as a driver to gain .5 to 1 second speed improvement on track Saturday
- Come to the driver meeting room after the designated session (to be determined later) and participate in the discussion, share your thoughts and learn from other drivers
PS. I think we should do these sessions during the beginner time on track. The driver meeting room will be open and the beginners will be having their own sessions more appropriate to what they need to learn.

Good luck tomorrow.
I didn't get any responses back so I figure I will stay home and move stuff forward so I can get the car on the track sooner.
Right now I am shooting for this for a shakedown - http://www.willowspringsraceway.com/event.php?id=3277
Or if some of you want to do a private day at Willow Springs that is an option, too.
