I just moved out to Riverside about a year ago and have been wondering if there is any car meets, car shows, events, cars and coffee, cruise nights, races, etc out in this area?

It has every car show, meet up and get together listed by date. Check it out. You will be amazed at how many things go on around here every weekend. Have fun.

Block of Orange is a good one (on this forum)
Also Rotolo Cheverolet cruise night (This Saturday night) at 5:00 pm is also good. Usually Pomona Valley Vettes shows up and Corvettes get preferred parking. But So Cal Car culture has an unlimited listing of shows and GTG's.
Also this Sat. at Big Bear is a HUGE hot rod show and gathering the highlight is 1000-plus hotrods and a lap around the lake. People line up all around the lake just to watch! Quite a sight to see Google "big bear fun run" It just goes on and on and on! Welcome to Riverside. I lived there many years but now Joshua Tree is where I hang my keys at night.

I have looked at SoCalCarCulture but it seemed like everything was based on classics and hot rods... Ive only lived here for 1 year and literally know no one, the scene here is much different than dallas.....alot more classic and hotrod stuff. Non the less i will check into some of the events....

Last month the Rotolo Chevrolet cruise in had at least 25 Corvettes mostly from Pomona Valley Corvette club and a lone wolf (me) from Joshua Tree. They are a good bunch and Corvettes get perferred parking...That's tomorrow night from 5:00 to 8pm.

Also you might check out a few Corvette clubs....There are many.

Corvette Super Sports is having an all Corvette show Oct 5 in Costa Mesa, I've went the last three years, but this year is the VA hospital show in Lome Linda the same day. check out Corvettes West, it's a local Inland Empire club, this month their having a dinner at the Cask in Riv, and a run to the Gene Autry Museum.

We're The Crazy 8s Car & Social Club, an informal torque mob of cool cats and kitties. We get together to cruise, hang out having beers, go to shows, and just generally stand around being cool.

We have a PCH-based cruise and social event jumping off on Saturday, Sept. 20th. It will entail a phat, noisy multi-car cruise up PCH, brunch with the waves splashing feet away, a cruise back down PCH, and a rooftop party down sesh with cocktails at the hotel Shangri-La.
