Melting Slicks
That is messed up to flee the scene. The thing that is kind of screwy, the report says the driver side on the car is damaged and he/she hit them from behind. It was in the number 1 lane. Were these 2 guys in the middle of the road?

Even if they were in the middle of the road, the vette driver should have stopped. Period.
Anyway the guy turned himself in, see article. Red 2010 vert according to the article.

People that leave the scene of an accident usually have a (what they think) is a good reason. Probably # 1 reason...they are drunk, and don't want to be arrested. # 2 They are on drugs...or have drugs in the car...and don't want to be arrested. # 3 They have
an outstanding warrant...and don't want to be arrested. I suppose there are some cases
where the driver is scared and afraid of media coverage...or their spouse doesn't know
they are out driving the car...for what ever reason....especially if the have another man...or woman with them....the list goes on....
