I personally support RPM and his crew...A couple of years ago someone else posted a promo for the Cow guy and I posted the same thing about supporting the local tuners but the mods deleted my post as he was a supporting vendor...He must be out of flavor now as we should use local tuners...Just my .02 worth...

I have CoW booster and a tune from CMS.
CMS did my Head/Cam/FAST 102 install and tuned my car. CMS did a very good job and I'm very please with the work done.
As far as the CoW Booster goes, It would take a lot of Booster only installs to get him to come to So Cal. I went to SEMA and had him install my booster there.

I would also recommend CMS for any tune you may need. Ryne did an excellent job on my supercharger install and tune.
Having a local tuner is worth it's weight in gold. Since my supercharger install & tune, Ryne has gone out of his way to assist me with issues that popped up. Not issues with his tune, but other things that affected the ECM. For example, twice I had a warranty repair to my ECM from a dealer (once it was replaced and once it needed to be reflashed). Ryne went out of his way to make it easy to get my custom tune downloaded into the new ECM. You won't get that kind of service or convenience with an out of town tuner......!
My advice would be to get a local tune......!

Ryne at CMS has tuned over a couple of dozen different combination's for me in numerous cars. You're silly to look elsewhere. And I've used the other S.Cal tuners in the past......nuff said there.

WTF is a Cow Booster?
My car only gets worked on by local guys, like RPM.

I said the same thing...so I had to research. Lots of negative feedback on this dude. The cow booster is essentially getting the throttle blade to react to the gas pedal in a 1:1 manner. Meaning that if you press the gas pedal 50%, your throttle should open 50%, rather than say 30% like the factory has it programmed for. The idea is trying to make the drive by wire setup react like a throttle cable. In theory, it sounds interesting; but with all the bad press this guy has...no thanks.

RPM Motors and CMS both long standing sponsors of the Corvette Challenge. Most of the Corvettes running in the Challenge use these two shops for dyno tuning etc. and hale *** on track. Do I need to say more?
