took the vett out for a photo shoot, ended up in a jeep chase!
Well..... Oxana wanted to got out for a little ride in Baby and shoot a few pictures......
After we were done we decided to go for a cruse through the canyons....
While running down Aqua Dulce Canyon Rd we went by a new Jeep JK....
And we noticed he was throwing his mattress and trash over the side into the canyon below....
NO WAY!!!...... So I put on the brakes.....Stopped!!! and started backing back up......
He jumped into his new jeep jk when he saw this and took off!!!!
Now, I have no idea why he would ever think he could outrun baby through the canyons!!!:r ofl:
When he started going into the other lane to stay on the road i fell back so no one would die....
on a straight away we took off and caught up to him so we could shoot this pic and get his plate number......
called the CHP..... we showed him the pic and mattress....
wish i could have seen his face when the two CHP units showed up at his house!!!
heres some pics..
And the Jeep!!

Well thats why he thought he could outrun you cause it is a C3. As I recall in los angeles county they can seize the vehicle used to do the dumping

said they could not make him pick it up, because it went to the bottom of the canyon.. and if he got hurt it would be there responsibility.
But why they did not ticket him i have no idea.,...

Now they could do a "complaint to be filed" through the district attorney's office but thats hard due to a weak da's office out there. In a complaint to be filed, the officers complete their report along with your statements and the report requesting filing of the appropriate criminal charge is sent through the da's office. The problem is that court (if its Lancaster Court) is so overburdened with more serious cases that most likely nothing would happen. It sucks but that is the reality.

I would let the newpaper know, the guy should have at least had his pants fined off of him.

thx.....but dont tell her that... got to keep her down to earth
Yea, they told me this... even with my video.... it would have been in Newhall court.
Still think it stinks...... and yes,i did tell the officer i would do a civilian arrest...I could tell they just were not really into all the work for this.
Thought of that... but when to stop.....
LOVE those canyons!!!:che ers:
Yea...i think the vett's hot also!!!
Thx buddy.....
Got a lot more but im sure you guys have had enough of Baby and Oxana for a while...
THX!!1
They cannot ticket him Paul because they did not see him do it. The only way to get him cited on the spot would have been for you to make the citizen's arrest and you testify in court to what you saw.

Still a couple of options Paul. Who owns the land where the dumping occurred? forest service? give them a call with the suspects info.
BLM, same option, call or go in and see them.
Los Angeles County, give their code enforcement folks a call.
Private property is a bit harder as you have to find their name/number and give the info to them.
By contacting the land owner, they will have an option of contacting the dumper with the threat of lawsuit unless the person cleans it up.
