[Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday, happy New Year to all. January Valley gathering will be held on Saturday January 14,2012, at 9:00 am. We will meet at RPM Motors, Charlie will provide coffee and pastries. As usual I will bring donuts. In 2012 we will try to meet the second Saturday of the month so everyone can mark their calendars. Sparky! I will guarantee you there will be coffee and donuts courtesy of RPM Motors and C6 Ray. Charlie and his wife Roxanne always have a table set up with hot coffee etc and you don't even need your own mug. Charlie will have his shop open and all attendees will be able to see where his big HP Corvette Engines are built / tuned and some of the fastest Corvette Challenge cars come from. Hope to see some of you OC boys on the 14th. The canyon will be dependent on weather conditions and if it is raining on the 14th. C6 Ray will obviously reschedule the GTG.

I hope to make this one also. Ran into Rocket Man on Little T today. I was on my FJR1300 and my wife was on her brand new 2012 Triumph Street Triple R. We let him pass and then I took off after him to see how fast these Vettes go around turns from a motorcycle perspective. Not too shabby I must say.

Thank you friend.....what a surprise to read your meassage about the loss of my son. I have not been on the forum for over a month so it really lifted my spirits.
Charlie....thank you, too, for your cheers.
P.S. I'll be at a memorial service for a friend of ours on the 14th in LV, will see you all hopefully in Feb.

Really sorry to hear about your loss. I lost my mother recently (I'm 51), but, being a father as well, I cannot imagine it going the other way. I send you my sincere condolences, best wishes, and prayers for your strength in this difficult time.
