There really is no time limit Dennis. I set the end of march as a date where by if we did not have at least 10 cars by then that I would cancel the event but looks like we should be able to hit that. Right now i am holding 20 rooms at the Dow, tomorrow i will speak with the manager to try and get a better rate than $89 w/AAA. Once those 20 rooms are gone, you will have to try and find your own rooms and they may not be at the dow. there are a few other hotels in lone pine but the best western did not even have 10 rooms left for the weekend we are looking at so, sooner the better.

Old section of hotel is not AAA approved but is quite quaint i hear, those rooms are:
