Default Photo enforced intersection

Please disregard this thread, as I just did a search and found the info I need.

Husband got pulled over by a LEO after entering an intersect on a yellow that did not turn red until after his front wheels where over the white line on the far end of the intersect. LEO gave him a break, but said if the camera got his picture he would still be getting a ticket. Hubbie plans on fighting this one and I was wondering if you guys have any recommendations for an attorney in SD.

One good thing, now maybe he will get off my case about driving too fast

Yeah, right - fat chance

Thanks in advance.

I drive through multiple red light camera intersections 5 days a week. They normally only go off if you cross the sensor when the light is already red. There was a light that was red for a minute, and an ambulance was coming and everyone had to get out of the way because there was no way they would be able to pass. They crossed and the camera flashed so fairly sure you have nothing to worry about.
