Since this week will host the last car shows of the season for El Cabong and Cruzin Grand, it has been suggested that we try and make both events.

I plan on being in El Cabong this Wed, same time and location for the Halloween car show. El Cajon naturally being a Halloween show in and of itself should make this a special event.
Then Friday evening in Escondidio, since it is their last show of the year is should be special as well.

I'll be in El Cajon on Wed; but, I'm still pondering Fri in Escondido. I had been leaning toward Sat in Carlsbad in lieu of Fri night in Escondido.

Carlsbad is a monthly car get together at the Factory Stores near the flower fields in Carlsbad. Start about 7:00 AM over by 10:00. All kinds of cars. Think Cars & Coffee (Irvine) or Breakfast at Balboa (defunct). The Varmits usually do breakfast afterwards.

Keep in mind that there will be a car show this week in El Cajon, that means we'll be parking at the Insurance Store, at the SW corner of Main & Orange. One block west of Magnolia.

I just decided that I can go to Escondido on Fri, in my Tahoe. It'll be a warm-up for the Monday trek to Vegas. Yes, it is that time of year again. Roger, Benny, Link and I will spend three days at SEMA and the LV Motor Speedway. We'll watch the NHRA testing on Mon and maybe get test rides (unfortunately not test drives) in a Superformance GT40 at the Shelby Museum.
