For those who would like to see more than 100 exotic cars in one place this is where you want to be Sunday morning around 8:00 AM. Calabassis just off the 101 FW. at Valley Circle Blvd. Some of the BOYS like to take a little romp through the mountains with a lunch stop before heading back home. For those going on the don't forget your RADAR DECECTOR.
Have YOU ever been there?? Yes, the last Sunday every month and you can find almost any type of car their. I've never been to Cars and Coffee gathering down southand have only have seen pics, but it would remind you of something like that. Lots of exotics, vettes, rods, etc..
Would of gone today, just couldn't get up and moving this morning!
Yes My Brother,,,,,I HAVE BEEN THERE!!!!!
Maybe next month!!!{maybe I'll c u there }
Well if I miss the Valley GTG once in a while cause it's early, Supercar sunday is even tougher! Unfortunately for me, I'm coming home from the night before as may of these get togethers are just starting! See you at the next GTG. We should plan a run.
We should do a cruise after the gathering like Frank suggested. Maybe Malibu Canyon to the coast? It's not to far from there.

Here's the dilemma. Some people like a regular cruise/drive, while Frank is hardcore. The runs he likes to do are very spirited and are more likely in nonpopulated areas. How do we make both sides happy?

I know... I followed Frank after 1 of the Valley GTGs and My wife got car sick - I loved it though
The weather was great and there was a decent showing of exotics along with the usual 15 or so Corvettes and everything else you could think of. After we had our fill of eye candy Corvette Ray myself Rick and Rocket Man did the big loop up Hwy 33 out of Ojai then up to Frazier Park and back home down Hwy 5. I am glad I topped off with gas in Ojai, when I got home I was on empty. My 402 FI motor loves to drink 91 octane mixed with a little Methanol in the mountains. Hope to see a few more "hardy" & "enthusiastic" drivers on April 26 for the next Supercar Sunday show and drive.
Location: Valencia Calif....., 585 RWHP and 567 TQ!!

Look at it this way, driving your Corvette on crowded city streets is anything but enjoyable. We like to find mountain roads that are not packed with Sunday drivers and offer some good scenery and fresh air. Nobody is left behind on our drives. We make lots of stops for slower drivers to catch up and regroup. And no we don't stop to wax and polish but if that is your thing you are still welcome. Supercar Sunday is a non decimation drive. We even accept the Porsche driver if they sigh a embarrassment release form first.

You are a bad comedian Mark. The driving skill you showed at the Spring Mountain track three week's ago makes our Super Car Sunday drives look like a group of snails crawling through the park. If you unhook four of your spark plug wires on your Corvette you can come along on the next .
The lead car on these runs flies the purple and yellow flag ..... all civilian autos are passed unmercifully

Howie! You should know, you are no stranger to our drives through some of California's best scenic mountain roads. If I remember corectly you were the orginizer of one before you became the distinguished race driver.

Frank one day I will need to collect my free lunch.
Please pay attention to the Time Trial posts. You can win some raffle stuff, so you don't need to be a top 3 driver to get some goodies

Howie! You know there is a statute of limitation on the free lunch I owe you and it has just about run out. You need to take some time out from your track obsession and bring that pretty blue Z06 race car of yours out for a canyon drive with your old gang. I know you are a busy man but you always seem to find time to drive out to WSIR and set a new personal best lap time. There is more to life than just driving around in circles, not there is anything wrong with that.
