yeah i've had a meth kit for a while. i usually use some other mixtures and styles of methanol but i need to buy a barrel to hold me over until the cars in the shop next for a fill up

If you want some place close and convenient, look up the bike (motorcycle) or speed shops in your area, many carry 5gal jugs of VP meth.

what should i search for to find out some. "speed/motorcycle shops" come up with everything haha.

Porterfield Brakes (go figure) in Newport Beach carries it but they rarely have any. Last couple of times I went to the SoCo Group and got 5 gallon jugs of VP Racing M1 Methanol for about $38.

SoCo has an outlet in Escondido and another one in El Cajon and they can usually have a 5 gallon jug waiting for you within 24hours.

If you go to www.vpracingfuels.com they list a lot of distributors in SoCal. However, make sure you call them first because not all sell retail and not all stock it.

Ace auto supply in Huntington Beach carries VP stuff in the 5 gal jugs. They told me they could get any VP product. They are located at the intersection of Adams and Magnolia (if you are familiar with the Saturday morning Donut Shop meet they are located across Magnolia from the meet)

If those already suggested don't work I would call Team C Performance in Bellflower, if they don't have it I would imagine they would be able to direct you to someone that does.
