Angelest Crest canyon run.

Hello SoCal vettes,

My friends and I are going up to Angeles Crest hwy for a canyon drive up to Newcombs Ranch. We will be meeting at 8:00 AM this Saturday 11/8 down at the Shell gas station at the bottom off the 210FWY and Angeles Crest hwy. If anyone would like to join please let me know.

How familiar are you with Angeles Crest? I live 2 minutes away from it, and I've made it a rule never to go up Friday through Sunday. Too many ricers, too many motorcycles, and as a result, too many cops. CHP has zero tolerance. They will stop you for going 5 over, and while they're at it, they'll hit you with every front plate or tint ticket they can. I strongly suggest that you reschedule this.

It was all good guys...anyway, there were only two of us that went. Yes, I knew it well....was a bike rider 10 yrs ago until I got married

He's recovered and back on duty.... a riding buddy was up there over on Saturday and saw him pulled over a red CBR-1000
