Alright then! The yellows will take over the Whole Foods parking lot! Let's plan on getting some grub.
Getting ready to leave for Las Vegas, I'll be back on Wednesday. Got to do my part to stimulate the economy. Also I figure since I've lost 40% of my 401K in the stock market, Vegas seems like a better retirement strategy! At least the odds of making money seem better!
Corvette Ray and I will be taking a drive up to Jackies for lunch after the GTG. All are welcome to join the canyon run up to Jackies Country Kitchen. Along with the good food you can test your driving skills on some great roads.
More damn fires and the Sylmar fire has closed the 5, 405 and 210 at the 118 - I don't think there is any way George can get through. We may need to postpone this...
LOL, the one time I actually show up .. !! I arrived around 9:40 a.m. to an empty parking lot. Understandable .. as I had to drive through a huge smoke cloud to get there. Gotta love those fires !!

Z's from Simi Valley showed up at 8:45 and hung till 9:15.
3 Z06's and a ZR-1.
We offered Sea Ray 6 a complimentary Z so he could hang with us on our run, but he said the Valley Vettes GTG had been canceled took his donuts and left.
A friend and I got as far as Newhall; had breakfast at the Way Station, best greasey spoon in town. Got over to see Charlie at RPM Motors. The San Fernando Valley has sure had a bad year for disasters!!
