Default RPM Transmission install

I want to put one of the RPM A4 trannys in my car. Who in So cal installs them?

I want to order the trans and have it shipped to the shop, then bring my car in and have the install done.

Has anyone our here done this?

I did exactly this and had Andy at A&A install it. It is a great tranny and Andy has done a million tranny installs.

Let me know if you have any questions. Are you gettin a Level IV ??

Great. I have had my car there for work in the past. Closer than O.C. also.

I was thinking level IV.

At some point I am going to mod this thing up to about 450 HP. Thinking LS3 with exhaust.

My tranny seems to have developed a lazy shift into high gear. So if I wind up having to replace it, I thought I would do the RPM so I would be ready when the mods come.

I've had my RPM level IV for 1.5-2 years now. LOTS of miles and many track days. It feels as tight and crisp as the first day I drove with it.

It must be good if it's held together for that long considering how Dirty Diaper drives it . . .
