Hey George,
Just like you, I've been doing this for a while and I could say Charlie knows what is doing. He bailed my ass out when my Z took a dump. Go see him, he will take good care of you and he's close to your hood.

Charlie has tuned my C6 and has done countless tunes for many friends. No one does it better! No one stands behind their work like Charlie; even months after he has been paid, Charlie is there when you need him. Thanks Charlie!

Those are some GREAT prices Charlie

I've had my car successfully tuned by him a few times (due to my mod changes) over the past 4 years and it's always a great tune. You can't go wrong here !!!

I too have made many mod changes over the last 5 years on my blown C5. Charlie has met the challenge on every occasion!!! He really knows his way around a computer.

He has also tuned my C6, and I think we've made the most bolt on power of any 08 LS3 I've seen to date!!!

Safe power is what you'll get...
Nice pricing Charlie,

JB

although i own my shop now, Charlie Williams used to tune my cars, watching him tune and build motors inspired me into my current venture. the guy is top notch . he has taught me nearly everything i know about tuning, and if you look at my current standings over on ls1tech with my tuning abilities you will see i had a very good teacher

Here's a note on the tunes offered and how they differ.

1) Mail Order Calibrations - either done via email (if you have Hp Tuners) or by sending me the PCM -

*Scanning is encouraged and if done I review the logs, optimize the calibration and the cycle resumes until the calibration is "dead on"

*Updates are free for a year

2) Street Calibrations - done on the local streets, canyon roads and highways to eliminate any drivabilty issues including idle, low speed operation, shift points, etc., and to properly adjust fuel trims.

*Done in SD mode - then the MAF is re-enabled and scaled properly

*Wide Band utilized to analyze Wide Open Throttle A/F and optimize

*Updates are free for a year

3) Dyno Calibrations - calibration begins through operation on the local streets, canyon roads and highways to eliminate any drivabilty issues including idle, low speed operation, shift points, etc., and to properly adjust fuel trims.

*Done in SD mode - then the MAF is re-enabled and scaled properly

*Full Load Control Dyno is then used to measure HP/TQ and optize performance. Of course a Wide Band O2 is used along with several other instruments to ensure a safe, reliable calibration.

*Updates are free for a year

My advice to anyone is this - if you don't get this type of service you are being short changed or are in the hands of a rank amateur - and there is simply no substitute for experience.

Never locked - it's your PCM, not mine...besides, if GM can't see into the PCM or make changes, the red flag gets raised high and quickly

Something you should always ask the tuner before getting your car tuned. This could come back and you down the road.
