Next WCCC Event is Saturday June 24th at LACR...4:00PM gate opening

The next WCCC event of the 2006 drag racing season is Saturday, June 24th at LACR. This is the tenth event of the 13 events scheduled for the 2006 season. The LACR track entry/tech card fee is $20 for car & driver, and $10 for each additional crewmember. WCCC registration fees continue to be $15.

The 6/24/06 WCCC event gate opening is expected to be at 4:00PM, and we will be running with True Ten 5 class, Street Racer night and Test-and-tuners. Expect time trials to begin at approximately 5:00PM. Remember, the best 10 of 13 events will count towards season points totals, and we've already had 3 cancellations due to issues beyond our control.

Please check the weekly schedule after Monday 6/19 at the LACR web site LACR and/or phone number (661)-533-2224 to confirm gate open time prior to the event.

I know that Andy's A & A Corvette Performance open house and BBQ is the same day, but with the late LACR gate time, you die-hard racers can still go to Andy's and make it to LACR in time to race with the WCCC. So let's hear who's going to be at LACR on June 24th...

This is great news

...but this thread is for a drag race at Los Angeles County Raceway,
hosted by the West Coast Corvette Challenge.

You might get more interest/participation if you start your own thread...I feel so hijacked
