Default Rim Rash from OSTROM CHEV Dealer

I took my Z06 Vette in for a service recall and air bag warning light to OSTROM Chev in Whittier yesterday. Had to leave over night to get fixed, but it's back.

I was about to wax the Vette till I saw my rim. It's a big scrap on the edge of the rim which was not there when I took in.....someone at OSTROM put this rim rash on my wheel

Called to talk to the service manager, but was put into a message machine...called back again, but waited 10 minutes for someone to talk to me.....but no one did.

Previous service from this dealer has always been good, till today. I'm wondering if this rim rash might have done to the alignment or something else.

What options do I have here?

Sounds like someone might have taken it for a joy ride. What I do is set my trip meter or better yet just write down the mileage when I drop off my car. This will register the mileage they drive the car.

I know the feeling mine is in at the same dealer (in Montebello, CA). Yellow Z51 coupe. New trans is sick again no 1st or 2nd. Spent 6 hours detailing Sunday and the trans took a $hit Monday on the way to work AGAIN. Found some scratches on the inside of the rims presumably when the went to rehang them. A scratch or two around a couple of lug nuts. The guys up front have been good to deal with so far.

Saw a black coupe in there top was missing, actually it was in the back of the car scratched all to hell! FTS

When will the pain stop!

Didn't get a call from the service manager, but the customer relations manager called to say that I should bring it back in for them to look at.....one thing is I'm not leaving it.
