chip or handheld?

I have a c5 2000, i plan on doing significant mods, like vararam, b&b bullet exhaust, x pipes, throttle body, and eventually bigger stuff tot eh engine. i want to also get it tuned, where in LA is a good place to get it tuned or would i get better performance (HP) from handheld. Also, wat do you think of the products i plan on intalling? thanks

If you plan on doing lots of mods forget the handhelds.
