I have to say that I'm with Howie on this one, if you could make it Sunday, 9/18, I can make it. I also need new rubber before hitting the canyons again, hope to take care of that on Saturday 9/17.

Howard you don't need a V1 to scuff off rubber on your new tires. Just turn steering wheel hard to the left/put tranny in 1st. and go WOT. Just make sure you have lots of room.

As for the worn tires, If you're already getting a new set lets make sure to get the most out of the old ones! Maybe I should bring JB's video camera incase you get all .

You are right about the tires. But next week I would be able to break in the new ones before Willow Springs.
Anyways...it would be tight for tomarrow. I have your home # but not cell.....I think. If you would PM me I will call you in the AM if I can join.

Sorry I'm so late but work is killing me.
Anyway, lets meet at Thousand Oaks DMV (off the 23 fwy second exit north of the 101 and about 100yds east of the offramp) at say 9:00am. If it's open and crowded we'll just be in the lot adjacent (about 50 feet further in from the entrance) where I imagine there's a donut shop.
